Ricoh India has informed about Receipt of Application by Operational Creditor to Initiate Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the Code [Under Rule 6 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016 dated 4 September 2017. The Company informs Fourth Dimension Solutions Limited (FDS) has filed a petition against Ricoh India Limited before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai regarding the alleged non-payment of a disputed debit note which FDS unilaterally raised as alleged damages for a contract termination. The Company do not agree with the claims made by FDS and are pursuing the matter through legal representation.
