Amsons Apparels has received an approval for acquisition of more than 56% stake in Urbs Tech Agro to make its subsidiary company. The company has also received an approval to expand its business into agriculture section through this subsidiary company. Shareholders of the company at their Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2017, has considered for the same.
Amsons Apparels is currently engaged in the business of trading of fabrics. It is a multi-product fabric trading company and the range includes fabrics for Silk, Polyester, Lace Fabrics, Netting Fabrics, Coarse Cotton Fabric, suiting, shirting, linen, jute and other fabrics.
