Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys (IMFA) has received an approval for Scheme of Amalgamation involving amalgamation of Indian Metals & Carbide (IMCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and B. Panda and Company (BPCO), a holding company of the Company into the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on September 28, 2017 approved the same.
Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys is a producer of ferro chrome/ferro alloys. The company operates through two segments - Ferro Alloys and Power.
