Mahindra Lifespace inches up on getting A+ rating from CRISIL for bank facilities

Mahindra Lifespace is currently trading at Rs. 311.10, up by 1.50 points or 0.48% from its previous closing of Rs. 309.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 315.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 322.95 and Rs. 311.10 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 385.00 on 20-Jul-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 235.00 on 30-Dec-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 322.95 and Rs. 307.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1278.14 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.05% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.49% and 17.25% respectively. 

Mahindra Lifespace Developers has received A+/stable rating from Credit rating agency, CRISIL for its bank facilities and non-convertible debentures (NCDs) programme.

The company has received the said rating on the back of its strong brand name, established track record and focus on execution, strong support from its parent - Mahindra & Mahindra and prudent land acquisition policy.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL) is the real estate and infrastructure development subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M). At present, M&M holds 51% of the equity share capital of MLDL. MLDL has two main lines of businesses - standalone real estate development and development of integrated business cities.
