Phoenix Mills has further acquired 0.80% equity stake of Vistra ITCL (India) (Vistra) on September 28, 2017 and 5.27% equity stake from IIRF Holdings X (IIRF) on September 29, 2017 in Offbeat Developers (ODPL).
Subsequent to the above acquisitions, the shareholding of the company in ODPL has increased from 93.93% to 100% and ODPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Phoenix Mills is engaged in property development in India. Its activities include planning, execution, and marketing of projects, property rental and management, and maintenance and sale of the completed properties.
