Principal Mutual Fund has acquired 21 lakh shares of Kesar Petroproducts for Rs 52.50 per share on the BSE on October 5, 2017. However, Hema Ramesh Ajwani has offloaded 20 lakh shares of the company for Rs 52.56 per share.

Kesar Petroproducts is the leading manufacturers of Phthalocyanine Blue Crude and its downstream products in India and contribute upto 15% of the entire Copper Phthalocyanine market of India. The company has a global presence in 15 countries.
