Page Industries has informed about the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 9th November, 2017, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2017; to consider declaration of 2nd interim dividend, to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2017-18. The has informed that in case the said interim dividend is declared by the Board meeting, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of such interim dividend will be 17th November, 2017. As per Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed from 31st October 2017 to 11th November 2017.
