Cindrella Hotels has executed an agreement with Neora River Valley for Sale of 24 acres of land and building located at Mouza Soongachi T.G., Chalsa, Jalpaiguri district in West Bengal.

The Sale consideration of the property has been finalized at Rs 2.25 crore and the same shall be utilized inter alia for repayment of loans and improvement of existing property.
