Eldeco Housing & Industries has received an approval for amalgamation of Eldeco City, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company with the company. The board of directors at their meeting held on October 27, 2017, has approved for the same.
Eldeco Housing & Industries has a presence in all the major real estate classes - multi-storey group housing, residential townships, shopping malls, industrial parks, SEZs, office buildings and hotels.
