Sowbhagya Media has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 16, 2012, have discussed and agreed the re-appointment of Ramakrishna Prasad as the managing director of the company for a period of five years, with effect from from June 18, 2012 subject to the shareholder’s approval in the annual general meeting. Further, the board has constituted the compensation committee with all the directors and Madhusudhan Rao a non executive director is held as the chairman of the committee and also considered the implementation of ESOP Scheme and in this regard authorized the compensation committee to frame a suitable ESOP Scheme.
