Simbhaoli Sugars has informed that the Company proposes to make applications to the Central Government for its approval under Sections 196, 197 and 198 read with part I of Schedule V and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 to the variation in term of appointment of Gursimran Kaur Mann, Managing Director, Sachchida Nand Misra, Chief Operating officer and Karan Singh, Chief General Manager in respect of their remuneration. The Company has also informed about the copies of newspaper clipping published in Business Standard (English and Hindi) on November 17, 2017.
