Maithan Alloys has completed the necessary formalities for the acquisition of entire equity shares of Salanpur Sinters and beneficial interest in remaining six equity shares of Anjaney Minerals (a subsidiary of the company). Pursuant to this, both the companies have become wholly owned subsidiaries of Maithan Alloys with effect from November 28, 2017.
Maithan Alloys is a holding company. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and exporting of all three bulk Ferro alloys, including Ferro Silicon, Ferro Manganese and Silico Manganese, and has a captive power plant.
