Lancor Holdings has obtained RERA registration for the ongoing projects named as ‘Srihari’ a boutique development, in Chennai and ‘TCP- Altura’ located at Sholinganullur, Chennai with 294 apartments having a super built up area of about 2.65 lakh square feet.
The company has also entered into development agreements for construction and sale of two further projects each having 319 apartments and 394 apartments with a total developable area of 6 lakh square feet. These projects are expected to realize a reasonable return on development value and investment.
Lancor Holdings is a professionally managed property development company, acquiring the business interest of erstwhile DBS Properties and is engaged principally in development of properties in Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore.
