Gujarat Automotive Gears has received the National Company Law Tribunal’s (NCLT) approval for the scheme of amalgamation of Him Teknoforge with itself and their respective shareholders on December 04, 2017. The Scheme will become effective upon filing of the Certified Copy of Order of the NCLT with Registrar of Companies, Himachal Pradesh.
