PAE has signed Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Sudip Kumar Barua and its subsidiary company namely Shurjo Energy for sale of equity shares of Shurjo Energy.
Earlier, the company had entered into SPA on September 29, 2017 with Sudip Kumar Barua and its subsidiary company namely Shurjo Energy for sale of 99.98% holding Shurjo Energy, consisting of 45,637,673 equity shares, in three tranches.
PAE is a marketing and distribution company in Lead Storage Batteries, Power Backup Systems, Automotive parts and Solar Photovoltaic Products.
