Klassic Gold Hotel, Off. C.G.Road, Ahmedabad-380009 with effect from 22nd December, 2017; considered and decided not to proceed with the Item to be considered for the shareholders approval under the Postal Ballot process as earlier decided in the Board Meeting held on 14.11.2017 and also cancelled the appointment of the Scrutinizer accordingly.
