Bhandari Udhyog has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on June 29, 2012, to consider approving the draft balance Sheet and profit & loss account along with the schedules thereon for the year ended March 31, 2012 and change of name of the company from Bhandari Udhyog Ltd to M. K. B. Industries Limited subject to the approval of shareholders and the Central Government.
Further, the board decided the date, time and venue to convene an extra ordinary general meeting of the members of the company to seek the approval of the shareholders.
