Magna Electro Castings’ promoter - N Muthulakshmi has acquired 4,53,000 (9.89%) equity shares through inter se transfer on December 26, 2017.
Post acquisition, the total holdings of N Muthulakshmi exceeded 5% in the company and increased to 6,13,591 (13.39%) equity shares. Prior to acquisition, N Muthulakshmi held 1,60,491 (3.50%) equity shares in the company.
Magna Electro Castings is engaged in the manufacture of iron castings, including grey iron, spheroidal graphite (SG) iron and other iron alloy castings-machined and unmachined, and steel components.
