Suditi Industries has received an approval for advertising agreement to be executed with HT Media for brand building through advertisement in the print and non-print media. The board of directors at its meeting held on January 25, 2018 has approved for the same. Further, the board has also approved the subscription agreement with HT Media for issuing Fully Convertible Debentures.
