Rajoo Engineers has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 9th February, 2018, to receive, consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2017.Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 2nd February, 2018 to 11th February, 2018 as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. As per Regulation 47(1)(a) of the Listing Regulations, the Company has also arranged to publish the date of aforesaid Board Meeting in the newspapers.
