Goa Carbon has informed that the operations at the Company’s Goa Plant located at St. Jose de Areal, Salcete, Goa- 403709 has been temporarily shut down for maintenance work from 3rd February, 2018. There would not be any material financial impact due to the temporary shutdown of the Company’s Goa Unit as there is sufficient inventory to service the orders in hand.
