Viceroy Hotels has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from February 7, 2018 to February 16, 2018, for the purpose of announcement of the Un -audited Financial Results by the Company of the Third quarter ended on 31st December, 2017. The trading window shall remain open from February 17, 2018.
