Grovy India’s board has approved the scheme of arrangement for amalgamation of Ankur Buildtech, Ganesh Contractors & Colonisers and Ganesh Promoters with itself and their respective Shareholders and Creditors. The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on February 15, 2018 has approved the same.
Grovy is engaged in the Business of Real estate and construction of world class residential spaces. Grovy has a vision to expand into the development of high use residential complexes, group housing societies, retail, commercial and hospitality space.
