Skipper has executed a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) agreement with Metzerplas Cooperative Agricultural Organization (Metzerplas) dated February 14, 2018, to jointly carry out business activities in the field of micro-irrigation.
The company will hold 50% Partnership Interest in the LLP (yet to be incorporated). The company holds rights as customary in such transactions, including on veto matters. Metzerplas is not a related party to the company, and this transaction is not a related party transaction for the company.
Skipper is engaged in structural fabrication and manufacturing of mild steel and galvanized iron pipes, steel tubular poles, scaffolding and accessories and PVC pipes. Structural fabrication is the major contributor to the revenue of the company.
