Sunteck Realty has issued two Commercial Papers (CPs) of Rs 50 crore. The first commercial paper amounting to Rs 15 crore has been allotted on February 14, 2018. The tenure of the instrument is 45 days and the coupon/interest will be paid upfront at the rate of 7.90% per annum. The paper will mature on March 31, 2018.
The second commercial paper amounting to Rs 35 crore has been allotted on February 14, 2018. The tenure of the instrument is 120 days and the coupon/interest will be paid upfront at the rate of 8.50% per annum. The paper will mature on June 14, 2018.
