With refer to letter dated February 12, 2018 in relation to submission of Unaudited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017, submitted with the Exchange. In this connection, Ashok Alco Chem has noticed that they have inadvertently uploaded the incorrect sheets of the said results, hence re-submitting herewith revised results with corrected sheets. Further informed that there is no change in the bottom line figures.
