Yash Papers advances on entering into MoU with UP State Government

Yash Papers is currently trading at Rs. 74.50, up by 4.20 points or 5.97% from its previous closing of Rs. 70.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 72.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 77.50 and Rs. 72.00 respectively. So far 74,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 85.30 on 12-Feb-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 23.10 on 03-Mar-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 77.50 and Rs. 69.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 262.54 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.06%, while Non-Institutions held 54.94% stake in the company.

Yash Papers has entered into MoU with UP State Government for Rs 73.44 crore for expansion of its Paper Unit III from existing installed capacity of 70 MT to 100 MT and Tableware Unit capacity from existing installed capacity 11.50 MT to 23.00 MT in the coming years.

Yash Papers is a provider of consumer, industrial and protective packaging solutions. The company operates approximately three paper machines that manufacture low grammage machine glazed (MG) industrial bleached and unbleached grades of paper.
