ITD Cementation India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 22nd February, 2018 has approved change in financial year of the Company from January-December to April-March, upon the Company ceasing to be subsidiary of Italian-Thai Development Public Company, pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 2013. Accordingly, the current financial year of the Company will be for a period of 15 months commencing from 1st January 2018 and ending on 31st March 2019. Thereafter, financial years of the Company will be for a period of 12 months commencing on 1st April and ending on 31st March every year.
