Shiva Mills has informed that the Audit Committee and Board of Directors in their respective meeting held on 27.3.2018, has approved the appointment of M Shanmugam, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 1.4.2018, under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, in the place of existing Chief Financial Officer S Seshadri, due to his resignation.
