Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Timken India has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 21 May, 2018 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 March, 2018. Further, the trading window as described in Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by insiders of the Company will be closed for the above purpose from 1 April, 2018 till expiry of 48 hours of publication of the Audited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges after obtaining the approval of the Board of Directors thereon at the above meeting.
