Jost’s Engineering Company has entered into a binding agreement with Fardan Belts Manufacturing Company, to acquire and assume unexpired Leasehold Rights in respect of land situated at Plot No. L-5 in the Additional Murbad Industrial area within Village Kudavli, District-Thane along with factory building constructed thereon for a total consideration of Rs 554 lakh.
