IDFC Bank to raise up to Rs 5,000 crore through bonds

IDFC Bank will raise up to Rs 5,000 crore by issuing bonds in next 12 months in one or more tranches from the domestic or overseas markets. The board of the bank has passed a resolution for borrowing or raising long term funds by issue of redeemable non-convertible debentures or other debt instruments.

IDFC Bank is a universal bank, offering financial solutions through its nationwide branches, internet and mobile.
