Mahindra Lifespace Developers has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2018.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers has reported over three fold jump in its net profit at Rs 16.48 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 5.09 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company has decreased by 47.89 % at Rs 164.23 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 315.15 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported over two fold jump in its net profit at Rs 47.73 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 19.46 crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY17. However, total consolidated income of the company declined by 47.25% at Rs 180.64 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 342.47 crore for the same quarter ended previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2018, the company has posted a rise of 8.54% in its net profit at Rs 53.12 crore as compared to Rs 48.94 crore for the same period in the previous year. However, total income of company decreased by 26.02% at Rs 557.22 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 753.20 crore for the period ended March 31, 2017.
For the year ended March 31, 2018, on the consolidated basis, the company has posted fall of 2.39% in its net profit at Rs 103.36 crore as compared to Rs 105.89 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income of company decreased by 22.49% at Rs 644.13 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 831.02 crore for the period ended March 31, 2017.
