TRF’s subsidiaries --- TRF Singapore (TRFS) and TRF Holdings (TRFH) have transferred the entire shares held by them in York Transport Equipment (Asia) (a wholly owned step down subsidiary of the company, hereinafter referred to as York) to SAF-Holland GMBH hereinafter referred to as SAF.

Pursuant to the said transfer of shares of York by TRFS & TRFH to SAF, York and its subsidiaries cease to be step-down or otherwise subsidiaries of the company.

TRF is engaged in the production of material handling equipment. The company’s segments include Products & Services, and Projects & Services.
