Also, as per Company's ‘Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders’ adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities by the Specified Persons shall remain close from Friday, 4lh May, 2018 to Monday, 14th May, 2018.
