Veer Energy surges on completing project of doubly circuit external transmission line

Veer Energy & Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 4.30, up by 0.11 points or 2.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 4.19 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 4.13 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4.40 and Rs. 4.13 respectively. So far 25266 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 6.16 on 26-Jul-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1.87 on 03-Jan-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 4.74 and Rs. 3.02 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 31.16 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 36.41% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.17% and 47.42% respectively. 

Veer Energy & Infrastructure has successfully completed work of the 9.5 KM 66 KV Doubly Circuit external transmission line from Veer S/S 66KV at Kundhada, dist. Bhavnagar to 66 KV GETCO S/S at Thadach, Bhavnagar and has successfully charged 30 MW Veer S/S for wind power generation at Bhavnagar in Gujarat.

Veer Energy provides technical solutions for a future with reduced dependence on fossil fuels and fewer greenhouse gas emissions. Currently, Veer Energy wind farms in operation and construction represent a substantial reduction in carbon dioxide emissions annually.
