Texel Industries has received an approval to invest funds by way of incorporation of the foreign wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company, in Kenya, in the name and style of ‘Texel Industries (East Africa)’ and acquiring 10,000 equity shares at the face value KES. Rs 10 (Ten Kenyan Shilling). The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on May 23, 2018, approved the same.

Texel Industries is engaged in manufacturing Geomembranes for use in the construction and infrastructure sectors and PE Protection Covers for general use.
