JMD Ventures’ subsidiary -- JMD Medico has entered into strategic agreement with Neolab Biotech Industries, a proprietorship firm for an investment of Rs 100 lakh into the company with a profit sharing to the extent of 95% of net profit of said firm.
Neolab Biotech Industries is into the business of ayurvedic medicine production was a supplier to the company prior to entering into the agreement.
