Modi naturals rises on launching new product ‘PIPO’

Modi Naturals is currently trading at Rs. 90.00, up by 1.45 points or 1.64% from its previous closing of Rs. 88.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 90.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 90.00 and Rs. 90.00 respectively. So far 4000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 165.00 on 07-Aug-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 85.05 on 18-Apr-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 104.90 and Rs. 85.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 100.06 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.86%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.24% and 25.90% respectively.

Modi naturals has launch new product ‘Popcorn’ under brand name ‘PIPO’ & ‘PIPO Mix’in’. The product PIPO launched on May 28, 2018. The product belongs to the category of ready to cook popcorn (Instant Popcorn) and it caters presently in to the domestic market.

Modi Naturals was initially incorporated as Anil Modi Oil Industries (AMOIL) in 1974. It manufactures de-oiled cakes, rice barn oils, other oils, and ice at Pilibhit in Uttar Pradesh and Sangrur in Punjab.
