Cerebra Integrated Technologies has signed the share subscription cum shareholders agreement with Geeta Monitors and infused capital amount to acquire 51% stake in Geeta Monitors, for an all cash deal. The company inked pact on August 03, 2011.
In a recent development, the company received consent from Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) for operation at its E-Waste facility. The company is now fully geared up to start business in its E-Waste Recycling business
