Hindoostan Mills has received approval to discontinue the operations of the Composite Division and identify the buyer(s) in order to sell/dispose off its assets situated at Ambarnath and Karad either in whole or substantially the whole or in part(s). The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on June 05, 2018, approved the same.
