India Infoline Financial services’ (IIFL) subsidiary -- India Infoline Investment Services has brought over 4% stake in Lakshmi Vilas Bank for Rs 106 crore, through open market. The company has acquired 1.06 crore shares, up to 4.13% stake, in the Bank. The shares were bought at a price of Rs 100.10, valuing the transaction at Rs 105.93 crore.

Lakshmi Vilas Bank offers a wide range of services such as Deposits, loan, MSME, Online Services, NRI services, Wealth Management Services and Personal banking services etc.
