Shriram EPC has informed that the Company has received the Resignation Letter from S Krishnamurthy (DIN 00140414) intimating his inability to continue in the Board of the Company and the Directors of the Company have approved the same vide CR-1-132 dated 12th June 2018 considering request. The Company is in the process of filing DIR-12 eform intimating Registrar of Companies, Tamilnadu, Chennai and request the Stock Exchanges vide this letter to make note of the said change and resignation of Krishnamurthy as the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.
