Further to the letter dated 30th May, 2018 and in terms Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Oriental Carbon & Chemicals has informed about a copy of each of newspaper cutting of the advertisement published on the subject matter on 13th June, 2018 in Kolkata edition of the Business Standard (English); and Ajjkal (Bengali). The aforesaid Notice was also published in the Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kochi, Lucknow, Mumbai and Pune editions of Business Standard.
