Mahindra Lifespace Developers and Mahindra World City (Jaipur) (MWCJL), a subsidiary of the company and a joint venture between the company and Rajasthan State Industrial Development and investment Corporation (RIICO) have executed an agreement on June 19, 2018 with International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, whereby IFC shall invest up to Rs 200 crore in MWCJL.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers is the real estate and infrastructure development business of the $19 billion Mahindra Group, and a pioneer of sustainable urbanization in India.
