Goa Carbon has temporarily shut down its unit located at Bilaspur in the state of Chhattisgarh for maintenance work from June 22, 2018. There would not be any material financial impact due to the temporary shutdown of the Company's Bilaspur Unit as there is sufficient inventory to service the orders in hand.
