Artson Engineering has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 18th Day of July 2018, at 04:30 P.M. at the Registered office of the Company situated at Transocean House, Lake Boulevard Road, Hiranandani Business Park, Powai, Mumbai - 76, Maharashtra, to consider and approve, the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2018. Further, in terms of the ‘Tata Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices’ (the Code), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from 22nd Day of June, 2018 and shall remain closed until 2 trading days after the public announcement of the aforesaid financial statements i.e., till 20th July 2018.
