In continuation to the letter dated May 10, 2018 regarding Book Closure dates (from July 20, 2018 to July 27, 2018), Novartis India has informed that the dividend if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM on July 27, 2018, will be paid on and from August 1, 2018 to those shareholders whose name appears in the Register of Members as on July 19, 2018. Further, a copy of this notice will be published in the selected newspapers and will be made available on the website of the Company www.novartis.in.
