In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III, Woodsvilla has informed that there has been a major fire accident at the registered office the Company on Tuesday i.e., 3 July, 2018, at around 08.30 AM. Fortunately, there has been no loss or injury to human life, the fire was controlled within time. However, all the Computers, laptops, Server data including all the statutory and other business records of the Company were completely destroyed in the fire. Due to complete destruction of the infrastructure at the Registered Office, the working at the Registered Office was temporarily suspended by the management. The management is however, taking adequate steps for ensuring re-functioning of the office at the earliest.
