Nila Infrastructures gains on bagging order worth Rs 53.84 crore

Nila Infrastructures (NILA) is currently trading at Rs. 13.00, up by 0.26 points or 2.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 12.74 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 13.13 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 13.15 and Rs. 12.80 respectively. So far 41765 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 25.36 on 27-Dec-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 12.15 on 28-Jun-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 13.60 and Rs. 12.56 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 508.12 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.90%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.26% and 29.84% respectively.

Nila Infrastructures has received an additional order pertaining to EPC contract worth Rs 53.84 crore from Adani Group’s Shantigram Estate Management for further construction at Inspire Business Park, Phase-II Project at Shantigram, Ahmedabad.

The additional order envisages further construction of about 400,000 sq. ft. built-up area (one (1) tower having double basement+G+12 floors and two towers with double basement+G+8 floors). It has to be completed within 18 months.

NILA is a growing entity in the real estate and urban infrastructure space. The company has been engaged in turnkey civic infrastructure constructions, besides the development and marketing of residential real estate schemes.
